Pardeep Kaleka, Grande Lum, Yamuna Hopwood (Chinese for Affirmative Action) and Kenney Tran (#IAmNotAVirus) talked about the needs of targeted communities and effective responses. Communications strategies were presented by Project Over Zero's Rachel Brown and Samantha Owen.
