Living in beautiful South Florida, a multi-cultural area, where learning how to make it more inclusive is important to me. We have few hate crimes in my city, but there is always the opportunity for one to occur. The surrounding communities have a direct affect on us, as we do on them, and creating an environment for learning hot to stop and prevent hate will benefit the many children we have here in our schools. It may even help keep more students in school getting an education, a huge benefit for everyone.
