New Video: Newcomers High School Students Share Their Immigration Stories

"It is our hope that through their stories, we will help to educate the world about the rich and wonderful people my students and their ancestors are, the extraordinary experiences they have had, the goals and dreams they have for their lives here, and the enormous value they add to this country."  —Julie Mann, Newcomers High School Human Rights teacher

Students from Newcomers High School in Long Island City, N.Y. share their immigration stories with the students of St. Luke's Middle School in Manhattan. As the nation debates over issues of immigration, these students come together to better understand each other.
