Activities, Challenges & Lesssons Learned
ACTION HIGHLIGHTS
Joining the NAACP in an anti-KKK rally in Nahunta, Georgia. Walking with hundreds to a packed church in Atlanta, Georgia. Speaking to students across the states we have traversed.
CHALLENGES
Walking 15+ miles a day. Learning to walk these miles, four months straight, with all four people.
LESSONS
To cover the 'hot spots' we see on our feet with duct tape to prevent blisters.
